Billing & Pricing

LGS Forge uses tiered subscription plans, managed directly through Shopify's billing system. Pick the plan that matches how much you sync — no usage fees, no surprise charges.

Choosing or Changing Your Plan

Plan selection is handled entirely by Shopify:

  1. From the app, open Billing and click Manage Plan
  2. You'll land on Shopify's own pricing page for LGS Forge
  3. Pick a plan and approve the charge (or downgrade/cancel) — Shopify handles the checkout
  4. Changes take effect immediately; charges appear on your regular Shopify bill

There's no separate LGS Forge checkout or usage tracking to think about — your plan and its product-sync limit are tied directly to your Shopify subscription.

What Happens If I Hit My Plan's Limit?

If a sync would push you past your plan's product limit, it's rejected with a message telling you how many products you're over and pointing you to Manage Plan to upgrade.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise is for stores syncing beyond 50,000 products. Pricing is a custom, negotiated profit-share arrangement rather than a fixed monthly fee — reach out to support to set one up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel or downgrade from Shopify's pricing page at any time. Products already in your store stay as-is.

Is billing the same for all stores?

Each connected Shopify store has its own plan. If you manage multiple stores, each is billed independently.

Where can I see my charges?

Charges appear on your regular Shopify bill under app charges. You can also check your current plan and product-sync limit in the app under Billing Status.
